Louise Rouzaud (b. 1990, Narbonne, France) is an independent architect, artist and designer based between the south of France, and Mexico City since 2017. She holds a Master's degree from the Marseille School of Architecture (2015) and has worked with Toro Arquitectos (San Juan, Puerto Rico, 2016) and Rozana Montiel estudio de arquitectura (Mexico City, 2017-2020), among others.

Louise's exploration delves into the essence and meaning of space, from artwork to architecture. With an emphasis on human experience, and the presence of ceramic, her work combines handcrafted processes, natural materials, and emotional perception, questioning how space and artefacts influences our inner world.

Since 2020, she has completed several architectural projects around Mexico in collaboration with Claudia Rodriguez, and since 2022, she has been developing her ceramic lamp production. In 2025, she co-founded Mecha, an object-oriented project, along with Ombeline De Laage.

Her solo show La despedida (Laguna, Mexico City, 2024), explores the experience of grief through ceramic, sculpture and drawing. Since her residency at L’Artocarpe (Guadeloupe, Caribbean) in 2025, Louise has been exploring spirituality within space.
